Building beds is easy:

1. Stack your four boards and pre-drill 3 holes in one end of each board.

2. Screw 3 large wood screws through the pre-drilled holes, attaching the boards end-to-end, until you have a complete frame.

3. Once assembled, move your box frame to your garden spot and cover the ground with weed cloth.

4. Mix the 3 soil varities (peat moss, compost & vermiculite) in equal portions. Pour them on a large tarp and roll the tarp ends towards each other until the soil is mixed together thoroughly.

5. Fill the box with the soil mix until it just covers the bottom and then water it. Do this three times until your box is full.

Now you're ready to start planting, or you could start a compost pile or add a trellis for your vine plants.
